Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Illustrator with experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to join our creative team. This position is partially remote, but candidates must be based in Nova Scotia to attend occasional in-person meetings.


Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality illustrations for digital and print materials.
  • Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media content, and product designs.
  • Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to align visual assets with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and refine artwork based on team feedback.
  • Ensure all illustrations are optimized for various media formats.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or a related field — or equivalent educational background.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
  • Japanese language (Kanji) is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept feedback constructively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while attending in-person meetings when required.

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Language Editors who are native or near-native in one of the above languages. Candidates must have strong grammar, spelling, and syntax skills in their target language, and a good command of English for collaboration. This is a partially remote role requiring occasional in-person meetings, so applicants must be based in Nova Scotia, Canada.


Responsibilities

  • Edit and proofread translated content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
  • Collaborate with translators and content creators to maintain consistent tone, style, and terminology.
  • Review educational materials, user interfaces, and marketing content.
    Provide constructive feedback to improve future translations and content.
  • Ensure final output meets company quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements
